March Matchplay - Winner

Winner - David Roberts

Huge congratulations to David Roberts who won the March Matchplay Competition on Tuesday, defeating Derek Copson by 3 and 1 in the Final in windy and at times chilly conditions. Prizes will be awarded at the Away Day. 

Derek made a great start winning the first two holes and was 3 up after 4 but David made the handicap difference and his extra shots count on tricky spiked (and some sanded) greens. 

David was dormí by the end of hole 16 and then clinched the match winning the 17th.
