TOFS Ryder Cup - Results

This was a first for the TOFs and created some great camaraderie amongst the teams.

The Eagles set a good early pace winning the Foursomes and Fourballs, gaining an 8 point lead. The
Vipers then pulled 2 points back during the Greensomes and Texas Scramble Pairs. So, we headed
into the final week of the tournament with the Eagles 6 points ahead.

The Vipers clearly dominated the Singles winning 14 games, compared to just 5 from the Eagles, thus
finishing on 28.5 points compared to 25.5 for the Eagles.

Well done to the Vipers for victory in the first ever TOFs Ryder Cup.

The players who scored the most points for their respective teams were Frank for the Vipers with 6.5
points from 10 games and Arthur and Brian M, both scoring 7 points. But with Arthur scoring 7
points from fewer games, he claims the top spot for the Eagles. Both Frank and Arthur will receive a
sleeve of TOFs golf balls at the next Away Day.

Hopefully, this gave many of us the opportunity to play a different form of golf than we had
previously experienced, so well done to everyone for taking part.
