June Round of 3 Results

The final round was yesterday and a very strong finish by Steve Gray put him into the Top 3 in the best stableford competition

This was one of the best performing competitions we've had this year with a number of people scoring their best ever rounds and most people having green 'counting' scored in EG.

A few numbers:

Best Stableford competition - Top 3 players in June

      - 15 green counting scores in EG

      - 23 rounds over 40 points

      - A total reduction of 4.2 index for the top 3.

      - Ron Jones got over 40 points for all 3 rounds (even wearing a bright orange matching trousers                             and shirt)

      - Best ever round for Steve Gray (84)

      - First time John Smythe scored below 100

 Best Gross competition - Top 3 players in June

      - Also 15 green counting scores in EG

      - 19 rounds in the 80's

      - A total reduction of 4.8 index for the top 3

      - All 6 of Lee's scores were green counting in EG

Prizes:

It's £15 to 1^st place, £10 to 2^nd and £5 to 3rd. I think everyone contributed to a great competition and so you should all be congratulated.
